Great customer service, but the CMS is idiosyncratic to say the least

I had a superb customer service experience with a representative named Chad Weiss, which is why I am writing this review. My opinion of DNN as a CMS has actually improved as I have become acquainted with, and learned to work around, its idiosyncrasies. Nevertheless, I do find some of its quirks frustrating, including the fact that it is occasionally difficult to implement revisions to heading tags that should be simple without breaking the design.
