Does a lot of things but it’s not easy to use
PROS: Our company had to abandon our legacy software to use this, and making that transition wasn't difficult. I think this is all thank to its customization tools. Because of those tools, we didn't have to start from scratch since the data and spreadsheets from our old system could easily be migrated. The customization options also made the adjustment to the new system easy because we didn't have to completely abandon our old system.

What do you like best? I like the flexibility to use nearly any screen with Excel for both downloading/uploading data. All of our functional teams are used to using Excel so the ability of all users to easily use that feature is very important.
