What do you like best about Epic? I love how easy and useful the EPIC software system is. As a Medical Coder, it makes my work experience smooth and precise every day. What do you dislike about Epic? I don’t dislike much about EPIC; it’s been a great software system to work with. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? None, I’m just a user of the system.

What do you like best about Epic? I like the ability to pre-chart. I like that I can look up pt info at other facilities that use Epic, like Kaiser, or Loma linda What do you dislike about Epic? Having to go through several clicks or pages to get what I want. It’s not user friendly to add the family hx. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? Solve the problem of having an EMR, and not having the paper chart present
