"I use Epic daily for my work as a Practice Administrator"

What do you like best about Epic? Overall layout of Epic is very helpful. It allows us to see all our patients in one area and collect important information needed. What do you dislike about Epic? Navigating one in a patient's medical record can be rather difficult with the interactive facesheet and tabs. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication between staff has been much easier with some of the newer functionality we are trying to adapt.

What do you like best about Epic? It gets the job done... But barely. Waste of time. What do you dislike about Epic? It is no user friendly at all. The interface is cumbersome. "Great for viewing patient records "

What do you like best about Epic? The tabs are easy to use and can be customized per the user. The program does not lag and saves everything automatically. Epic is really easy for new users to learn and is intuitive. We has many older doctors change from using paper charts to Epic on their computers and they did not have an issue with the change. The tech support from the Epic team was amazing during the transition. They stayed for two weeks to help work out any problems and helped ...

"A lot of problems and no help"

What do you like best about Epic? The whole system integrates scheduling, charting, and a lot of other tracking into one. We are able to communicate with any other provider that uses epic in any state. What do you dislike about Epic? Little to no support, training was limited and did not explain the system at all. What do you like best about Epic? I am able to easily access any physicians notes regarding the patients visit for additional information for further patient care. I also like being able to directly send links to patients via email for My Chart. I am a huge advocate for using My Chart. What do you like best about Epic? It is so easy to use and everything is easily accessible. Now that it has care everywhere you can see medical records and meds from other hospitals so it makes it super easy for continuity of care. What do you dislike about Epic?
