What do you like best about Epic? This was the first software I ever had when I first started working at the hospital! It is very easy to navigate. Learning how to use it can take literally one session! What do you dislike about Epic? Sometime the software will lag. For example, there are times when I try to select multiple patients at once and that will cause the software to freeze. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? "Relatively easy to use, multi-purpose, access to information on one platform"

What do you like best about Epic? I like that EPIC has multiple functions — scheduling, viewing charts, doing video appointments etc, addendums, adding appointment notes. What do you dislike about Epic? The software is behind current technology. For example, video appointments can’t be done on google chrome or MacBooks with the newest software. This prevents a lot of patients from doing their appointments. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting videos to work ...
