"EPIC has made processing payments so much faster."

What do you like best about Epic? The ease of use, and how fast I can get my work done now. What do you dislike about Epic? I don’t like that I can’t upload multiple files or process multiple files at one time. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? I’m able to process payments much quicker and I can see balances, notes, etc all in one place.

What do you like best about Epic? Health records are getting more and more complex, and the software does a good job considering the amount of data it deals with. Even when it crashes (and it understandably does from time to time),it gets back to normal fairly quick. What do you dislike about Epic?
