"Best Medical Software"

What do you like best about Epic? Epic is the best medical record software I ever used, it's so easy to use, you basically click what you need and done What do you dislike about Epic? For some reason Epic freeze a lot and I depend in this system all my shift, so when the system freeze it's a nightmare What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? "Great interface, but it could use more work"

What do you like best about Epic? Before EPIC, access to medical charts required a fair amount of physical labor. For example, every time a patient visited the office or hospital, their file had to be physically pulled from a storage space, transported, delivered (batch processing), stamped and sorted all in one visit. What do you like best about Epic? I like that Epic allows for an organized software that allows healthcare employees to manage patients in a systematic manner. What do you dislike about Epic? What do you like best about Epic? Epic is very easy to learn and navigate. As a new employee, I was able to learn the system within a week or so. What do you dislike about Epic? The only issue I ever ran into was downtime. Occasionally the program would freeze when scanning in insurance cards. Recommendations to others considering Epic: Many hospitals are switching to Epic, so it makes communication between hospitals very efficient and smooth. What do you like best about Epic? Very user friendly. Very intuitive. Beautifully organized. What do you dislike about Epic? Nothing. After you start working with it, it becomes very intuitive. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows communication regarding medicine to be more efficient and expedited.

What do you like best about Epic? It is a powerful system. There is so much that it can do. What do you dislike about Epic? It can be difficult to learn. Learning is definitely ongoing. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? I was able to complete documentation, completely manage patients, and submit billing.
