"Entrata... The place for EVERYTHING Property Management"

What do you like best about Entrata? I love how all of out needed information is in one, easy to access, spot! What do you dislike about Entrata? I feel there should be a more accessible way to add notes/follow-ups on Leads and have it reflect in the Box Score. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? All the information I need regarding numbers and residents is in one place and easy to access.

What do you like best about Entrata? Product integration between front and back office/accounting functions. What do you dislike about Entrata? Access/Archiving sold or previously managed properties needs improvement. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Lease administration is well executed. Property management reports are good. Business intelligence dashboard has improved usability.

What do you like best about Entrata? I love the layered system that Entrata provides, so you can drill into a subtask without losing your place. It is very customizable in terms of rules/settings, syndicates with many other softwares, makes vendor interactions and accounting a breeze, and provides every service all the other big names do. The customer service is excellent as well! What do you dislike about Entrata? I wish that there was an easier way to manage the texts that we receive. ...

What do you like best about Entrata? I like how the tenant ledgers are set up. I do wish we could pick how far back to print a ledger. Regardless, I love that everything for a resident file can be put in the resident's file in Entrata. My entire property is at my fingertips, from residents to accounting to invoices to work orders. What do you like best about Entrata? I love the organization and how easy it is the organize and send emails. Getting emails out to over 659 residents isn't easy, but Entrata helps make it easier for us! What do you dislike about Entrata? I dislike how hard it is to get help when there are things you cannot do or are causing you issues, it would be nice for those over the phone to be able to access your Entrata in the back end and help you that way. What do you like best about Entrata? I never have to hold for long when I call the support line. I appreciate that a lot. What do you dislike about Entrata? Entrata can be glitchy. Things don't always work the way they should. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping accurate reports and records.

What do you like best about Entrata? The amount of different options and avenues there are within the software. They are always looking for new ways to improve the software. It can do more thank you can think of. What do you dislike about Entrata? It can tend to be overcomplicated. The dashboard and other areas need to be simplified. What do you like best about Entrata? I like Entrata's simplicity for the most part on reporting, navigating resident data and leasing. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometimes Entrata support can take long periods to get back to tickets, causing an issue to progress longer than I would like. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata houses all new leasing data as well as current resident data, making it easy to store all in one place.

What do you like best about Entrata? You can do everything in one place (Ex. You don't have to post payments through your bank app and then again in Entrata like some other platforms). What do you dislike about Entrata? When searching for an applicant or old tenant it is really hard to find them without a thousand names popping up. They should be listed in chronological order.
