"Entrata - multifaceted and very complex"

What do you like best about Entrata? Very customizable and many functions specific to each property What do you dislike about Entrata? It is extremely complicated and many service calls are required in order to change functions What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps with all aspects of property management - from lead to lease. Accounting, leasing, managing leads, A to Z. It helps us keep communication all in one space which helps team communication.

What do you like best about Entrata? The most helpful aspect is that you can filter out when you want things to pop into needs contact and you can set reminders for contacting hot leads. It does well in associating names with rooms. What do you dislike about Entrata? The downsides of Entrata are that there are often bugs on the website which I know you cant control always but it can really put a pause on the leasing goals for the day. What do you like best about Entrata? The most helpful feature of Entrata is the ability to multitask, coordinate and communicate with staff and residents. Notices, renewals and any docs can be sent with one click. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometimes when the system does updates, we have glitches. What do you like best about Entrata? Mass email messaging, reporting/data, lead platform. Being able to send out mass text messages and emails to residents is great. "Near perfect tools for resident and lead management"

What do you like best about Entrata? I love the integration of Entrata. The conversion from lead, to applicant, to resident is a dream compared to other CRM softwares I have used.
