"Very user friendly- love Entrata"

What do you like best about Entrata? How easy it is to complete daily tasks on day to day processes. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometimes the screening takes a little longer, but most of the time, it's because of the criminal background. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Edit phones of our residents; this is super nice and it keeps personal information dated.

What do you like best about Entrata? I've been using Entrata for nearly 5 years now, and I've enjoyed every bit of it! Entrata is one of the easiest platforms to use. "Simple and Easy to Navigate"

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is easy to maneuver, even if you're not the best with technology. Tabs are clearly labeled, and it is easy to find where everything is that you are needing to find. What do you dislike about Entrata? I enjoy Entrata quite a bit, but I don't really like that you can only add one at a time when uploading pictures or documents. What do you like best about Entrata? Everything is tightly knitted together with a lot of ease of use for new users. "Entrata is straightforward, easy to learn and very intuitive."

What do you like best about Entrata? The automated responses and reminders. It makes keeping up with and contact with leads very easy. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometime I have difficulty updating tour events. If they are listed as self-guided, I can't update the tour to complete. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Making a one-stop shop for maintenance and keeping in touch with current residents, and potential residents.

What do you like best about Entrata? I love the 1-800 help line. When we have a question about something- they are always extremely helpful. Also, I love the bulk editing feature as well.
