"Fantastic Overall Expeerience!"

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is extremely user friendly and allows you to have all of the information and insights you need to run your portfolio, at your fingertips daily. What do you dislike about Entrata? I just with that you could create custom reports with columns/info from multiple reports taken and combined in one as you need. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? One Stop Shop for all of our daily operational needs.

What do you like best about Entrata? The wide variety of solutions that Entrata provides. Property Management, Resident Management, Website options, maintenance processes, application processes, they've got it all. What do you dislike about Entrata? There are some modules that don't always work the way you'd think they would or they are very restrictive and cause issues if you need to change settings after the fact example violations. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that ...

"Very user friendly- love Entrata"

What do you like best about Entrata? How easy it is to complete daily tasks on day to day processes. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometimes the screening takes a little longer, but most of the time, it's because of the criminal background. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Edit phones of our residents; this is super nice and it keeps personal information dated.

What do you like best about Entrata? Product integration between front and back office/accounting functions. What do you dislike about Entrata? Access/Archiving sold or previously managed properties needs improvement. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Lease administration is well executed. Property management reports are good. Business intelligence dashboard has improved usability.

What do you like best about Entrata? Everything is tightly knitted together with a lot of ease of use for new users. I came into my current position without any knowledge of Entrata, and it was easy to pick up. Entrata's database is concrete and highly customizable to an organization's needs. "Super User Friendly!!!"

What do you like best about Entrata? I love the 1-800 help line. When we have a question about something- they are always extremely helpful. Also, I love the bulk editing feature as well. The message center feature is also very helpful when sending mass notices. What do you dislike about Entrata? I think the one thing I wish was different about entrata is the way you cannot have future move ins pre pay their move in money because they are not technically "moved in" until their move in ...

"Entrata is straightforward, easy to learn and very intuitive."

What do you like best about Entrata? The automated responses and reminders. It makes keeping up with and contact with leads very easy. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometime I have difficulty updating tour events. If they are listed as self-guided, I can't update the tour to complete. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Making a one-stop shop for maintenance and keeping in touch with current residents, and potential residents.

What do you like best about Entrata? I love how all of out needed information is in one, easy to access, spot! What do you dislike about Entrata? I feel there should be a more accessible way to add notes/follow-ups on Leads and have it reflect in the Box Score. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? All the information I need regarding numbers and residents is in one place and easy to access.

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata really listens to their clients. Any updates they truly consider and are willing to make the software more user friendly and efficent. What do you dislike about Entrata? New updates can cause glitches hindering our workday. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Lead generation and efficiency with our leasing teams.

"Simple and Easy to Navigate"

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is easy to maneuver, even if you're not the best with technology. Tabs are clearly labeled, and it is easy to find where everything is that you are needing to find. What do you dislike about Entrata? I enjoy Entrata quite a bit, but I don't really like that you can only add one at a time when uploading pictures or documents. It takes extra time to add each attachment, photo, or document one by one, especially if you have more than just two or ...
