What do you like best about Entrata? I love the efficiency of the software. It's very easy to navigate and I love the automatic emails that are sent out once an application needs an update. What do you like best about Entrata? I love how Entrata is very simple to use. It is easy to figure out where to find specific information. It's excellent, so I don't have to wander around the website to find things; it is very well organized. What do you dislike about Entrata? I have a little problem with the slowness of the website. What do you like best about Entrata? The resident portal works well and it is pretty easy to navigate What do you dislike about Entrata? The financial reporting doesn't always work great What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Electronic payment portal becuase it helps drive revenue.

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is extremely user friendly and allows you to have all of the information and insights you need to run your portfolio, at your fingertips daily. What do you dislike about Entrata? I just with that you could create custom reports with columns/info from multiple reports taken and combined in one as you need. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? One Stop Shop for all of our daily operational needs.

What do you like best about Entrata? I enjoy how smooth of a leasing process Entrata provides. The CRM tracking and reminders are super beneficial to ensure clients are served efficiently. What do you dislike about Entrata? Continued improvements on reporting packages and integrations with Yardi would be tremendous! What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? CRM, leasing, resident communications, marketing, website management.

"Robust System with lots of Features but not User Friendly"

What do you like best about Entrata? Being able to have applicant and resident information all in one place, the ability to message large groups of people at once. What do you dislike about Entrata? The UI is not user-friendly at all, there are constant issues with it, and it is not designed in an intuitive way. It needs to be simplified in a lot of ways; too many important processes are unnecessarily buried under redundant menus. The search function is awful. The first search results more ...
