What do you like best about Entrata? I like that I can use it on desktop ,tablet and on my iPhone, and that there's a desktop mode on each one What do you dislike about Entrata? I know this is probably a safety issue or a problem on my end but I don't like that. What do you like best about Entrata? I do like how it is organized and how residents and leads are organized. What do you dislike about Entrata? I don't like that it shuts down all the time and once entrata mess up the resident portal starts to act funny as well. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata helps us with lease details.

"Many Options - Not All are Productive"
What do you like best about Entrata? I like the convienience of Message Center when trying to communicate in bulk. What do you dislike about Entrata? Entrata's interface is not super user friendly. There are also too many reports that do the same thing that you can't sift through easily. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? We handle all leasing and management through Entrata, our entire team has access in one centralized location.
