What do you like best about Entrata? It's an all enclusive database that intergrates with Yardi. It's easy to use and navigate. What do you dislike about Entrata? There are glitches and sometimes people have a hard time applying. Sometimes the system doesn't charge for secondary application fees. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? It takes the place of additional CRM applications.

What do you like best about Entrata? I love that Entrata is so user friendly and anything you may have a question about is 9/10 x already in the help center with answers! What do you dislike about Entrata? I dislike the new search feature. Maybe its because I was so used to the old version... What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is user-friendly. You can get into the software and find your way. If you cannot, their support is AMAZING! The Customer Success Managers are TOP NOTCH! The Sales team is there to help you through the process of contracts, etc. OH, did I mention the marketing team? And what about the swag? What do you like best about Entrata? I enjoy that the reports make life so much easier! The entrata reports are frequently used by myself every day. What do you dislike about Entrata? The new quick search sometimes does not work at all. When you search a name sometimes they do not show up and I end up reverting to the old search. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata alllows us to not have to consisitenly audit our directories, and find information at ease.

What do you like best about Entrata? I love how user friendly the Entrata system is. I previously used Yardi and I would spend so much time being frustrated and work piling up, but Entrata allows me to easily manage my property and stay up to date on all my reports, leads and tasks. What do you dislike about Entrata? The only thing I dislike is when I search for a single digit unit in the search bar- it will not populate, so I have to serch by name. What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is super easy to navigate, and you can always find everything you need quickly. What do you dislike about Entrata? There used to be a pricing tool that was super helpful. I wish that would come back! What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Paper and filing. Everything is electronically stored which cuts down on paper use and huge files!

"User Friendly"

What do you like best about Entrata? I love Entrata because it it VERY user friendly. Almost like it is a software for Dummy's(New Beginner's) The tabs are very well displayed which makes it easy for anyone to navigate through the software to easily find what they are looking for. What do you dislike about Entrata? The only downside I have found with Entrata is that just when you have gotten used to a certain report, it may be discontinued or changed.
