What do you like best about Entrata? I am a user of Entrata, and have been for a few years now. I highly recommend this software. It has everything you need for a community in one place. I used the system to build my website, and all leasing & resident activity. From lead tracking integration, lead activity feeds, prospect to resident activity filters through on one page. What do you like best about Entrata? I love everything; the most are the training and the information. It has all you need in one, that's the most convenient part of it What do you dislike about Entrata? Nothing, everything is perfect, they put it all in one. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? when ever we don't understand something we always go back to search for the training and we look again to make sure we are doing it right.

"My favorite PM software!"
What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is super easy to navigate, and you can always find everything you need quickly. What do you dislike about Entrata? There used to be a pricing tool that was super helpful. I wish that would come back! What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Paper and filing. Everything is electronically stored which cuts down on paper use and huge files!

What do you like best about Entrata? I love that Entrata is so user friendly and anything you may have a question about is 9/10 x already in the help center with answers! What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is an easier and simpler platform to navigate, with regards to student housing. I have used other PMS systems in the past like YardiOne, Appfolio, Integra, etc.. What I like about using Entrata, compared to others, is that everything you really need is centered in one location, the dashboard. What do you like best about Entrata? Red alerts, easy navigation, and user-friendly! What do you dislike about Entrata? Reports! Reports generate very slowly and they are usually difficult to filter information I need. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? I noticed that activity options to record are different. But, that's all I've notice thus far.

What do you like best about Entrata? The simplicity of the processes is great! What do you dislike about Entrata? The time of receiving the reports is getting better, but could be more efficient. Search is better, but could be even better than it is. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? The search and also the timeliness of processes.
