"Intuitive and Easy to Learn!"

What do you like best about Entrata? I find that the search feature in the back settings is fantastic. I had not utilized that feature until recently and when I did, I literally was able to find everything that I needed step by step. What do you dislike about Entrata? The worst thing I can find (because nothing is perfect) is that the updates always throw me off, especially with the preleasing reports. What do you like best about Entrata? I like that they answer their phone right away and when I ask them for help in exactly what I need help with. What do you dislike about Entrata? I don't really have any dislikes about Entrada I wish the system wasn't as long when we need someone to be approved but it's nice What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? And try to always knows what I need help with and benefiting me is getting my application is approved ASAP

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is soooo user friendly and the reporting is excellent. Also love the call log and message center features. What do you dislike about Entrata? Some of Entrata's Call Center reps do not thoroughly gather prospect information and advertise our community as they should. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Troubleshooting tickets are quickly resolved between our corporate office and Entrata and there is rarely any down time.

What do you like best about Entrata? I like how Entrata allows us to not use paperwork in the office and have everything done online. It is easier for us to document their information, troubles, and communication. What do you dislike about Entrata? I haven't had any upsets with Entrata so far. What do you like best about Entrata? The accounting portion of Entrata is top notch What do you dislike about Entrata? Entrata has a lot of updates and you can get bogged down in training. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? I think it works great for property accounting and management.

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata allows me to manage the entire scope of property management all into one easy-to-use platform.
