What do you like best about Entrata? I enjoy that Entrata has many features that ensure all needs are met for our residents. I enjoy that it notifies the employees of residents who have not been contacted and allows us to leave notes about every interaction. What do you dislike about Entrata? I dislike that the filters applied to a list of residents resets everytime you enter a resident's profile. It makes it difficult at points to look through a list and mark things off when you have to ...

When we need to raise a ticket could probably be simplified. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata helps to keep everything running on an operational and legal basis as well as it saves time just having to use one system.

What do you like best about Entrata? Simple and easy to use. Everything I need is all in one place. What do you dislike about Entrata? Some of the updates are not helpful and have made my job more difficult, especially with reports. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? I can run my business efficiently and save time by not having to use multiple platforms for reporting.

Sometimes it gets a bit slow , when i generate the lease contracts it does take a while for it to generate What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? it makes it easier for me to fill out applications and also helps me find the person I am looking for

What do you like best about Entrata? How easy it is to utilize the tools provided in the system. Helps to organize and manage multiple properties. What do you dislike about Entrata? The system seems to run slow, a lot, this is across all platforms and teams. We have reached out via tickets for this but not really seeing change. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Faster loading speeds across the platform.
