What do you like best about Entrata? User-friendly, customer service is great What do you dislike about Entrata? As of right now, I like it, If I don't know easy to find answers. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? They helped me with understanding the renewal process and other parts of the resident portal.

What do you like best about Entrata? I like that the software is easy to navigate/troubleshoot issues. If there is an issue I need to resolve I can search the help menu and find useful information. What do you dislike about Entrata? I dislike that when a lead is canceled, it usually pops up again, weeks later. What do you like best about Entrata? Ease of use. Mobility of the app on an iPad. Hi What do you dislike about Entrata? Nothing it works excellent. Recommend it What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? As a maintenance technician it's nice to have mobile access .

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It is easy to submit help tickets and get problems resolved. What do you dislike about Entrata? While the support group is helpful, we are on EST and Entrata is on MST. So, getting prompt help can be a challenge in the morning, or I will be getting a response as I am trying to leave for the day. I would expect that at a minimum they be working on Central time to better serve those of us in the Eastern time ...

What do you like best about Entrata? We have one of the best CSM with Entrata. She is very attentive and goes above and beyond for her clients. What do you dislike about Entrata? I dislike some of the answers that the CSR respond with. Sometimes it is as if they have not researched the issue and answer given. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Day most time solved system related issues that cant be fixed on our end.
