What do you like best about Entrata? Very easy to navigate and helpful, I've learned a lot thru this platform. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometimes the calls don't get registrar as spam, and they continue to filter thru the system What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Opening up access for me to do more with the application is great

What do you like best about Entrata? I loved that the entrata screen showed who was currently calling the phone and also recorded voicemails/conversations that we could review before calling back. What do you dislike about Entrata? I wish that when people were calling the phone and it popped up on the computer screen, we could click that and automatically be taken to their account- this would be a major improvement! What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata ...

What do you like best about Entrata? The ease of navigation, reporting, and training videos. What do you dislike about Entrata? If you do not master Entrata on your own or know someone that has, you are hindered. I state this as it is very rare that if you do need to call customer service that the rep you are connected to is of actual help. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata has great accounting tools and time-saving reports.

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata makes my life easier everyday. The support team is exceptional and always available to help. What do you dislike about Entrata? What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata has been most helpful with their reports that are able to pull specified data amongst outliers. What do you dislike about Entrata? I wish that their bulk action items were actually bulk action for subtasks. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata is beneficial in the way that we are able to consolidate our marketing and advertising data to know what works for our company.

What do you like best about Entrata? I enjoy that Entrata has many features that ensure all needs are met for our residents. I enjoy that it notifies the employees of residents who have not been contacted and allows us to leave notes about every interaction. What do you dislike about Entrata? I dislike that the filters applied to a list of residents resets everytime you enter a resident's profile. It makes it difficult at points to look through a list and mark things off when you have to ...
