What do you like best about Entrata? What I like the most about Entrata is that just about everything is reversible if mistakes are made. I like how easy it is to learn and teach others how to use. "Entrata is great for student housing"

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is great for managing student housing and has tons of functionality. I love the message center functionality and ability to keep resident files. What do you dislike about Entrata? Entrata is sometimes slow and freezes due to high volume of users. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Lease administration and property management for a 600 resident building.

What do you like best about Entrata? It is very useful when it comes to delinquency; although it's not always 100% accurate. What do you dislike about Entrata? Removed late fees are shown in entrata by default; it makes the ledger more difficult to understand. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Delinquency charges.

What do you like best about Entrata? I came from using Yardi for years. I still miss Yardi but am learning some of the shortcuts in Entrata so it is making it easier. My Reports is helpful. What do you dislike about Entrata? I think some of the reporting is hard to find. Especially if it isn't in "Company Reports". What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is super easy to use and navigate. The user interface is easy to read and navigate, and nearly everything can be reversed or adjusted if needed. The customer service and help desk are prompt as well. What do you dislike about Entrata? There can be a lot of repetitive popups that request feedback. This usually does not affect a lot, and goes away. Adding a feature that does not ask for popup feedback after an answer is given would be helpful. What ...

"I have absolutely loved Entrata since I was introduced to it."

What do you like best about Entrata? I love how lead-friendly the database is. It's very helpful having the dashboard and flowing through with your day. This also includes residents and have so many variations in tabs to search easily without pulling a report. What do you dislike about Entrata? I wish there was an auto "stop" option to prevent people who don't meet age requirements from signing a lease. Sadly, we don't know this until the lease is signed and we have to cancel it. If it ...

"Intuitive, User Friendly, but Occasionally Buggy"

What do you like best about Entrata? Almost every aspect of property management and leasing can be done through Entrata. It's, for the most part, very intuitive. Even with more technical aspects of the program, there are helpful training videos. Love that about Entrata. What do you dislike about Entrata? What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is very simple to use and straightforward. It is very easy to navigate and simple for my Leasing Professionals to learn.
