What do you like best about Entrata? It is very useful when it comes to delinquency; although it's not always 100% accurate. What do you dislike about Entrata? Removed late fees are shown in entrata by default; it makes the ledger more difficult to understand. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Delinquency charges.

What do you like best about Entrata? I like the fact you can schedule emails to individuals or specific groups. The consolidation of properties is probably my next favorite feature. You can navigate and filter out properties for reports and other features. What do you dislike about Entrata? The invoice and purchase orders could use a better tracking system; Knowing which Purchase Order has been paid is challenging. What do you like best about Entrata? I love how user friendly it is and how quick it is to navigate and learn. The best management software I have used in my years in property management and will definitly push to keep using it, What do you dislike about Entrata? "Entrata is pretty easy to learn -"

What do you like best about Entrata? I came from using Yardi for years. I still miss Yardi but am learning some of the shortcuts in Entrata so it is making it easier. My Reports is helpful. What do you dislike about Entrata? I think some of the reporting is hard to find. Especially if it isn't in "Company Reports". What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? "Intuitive, User Friendly, but Occasionally Buggy"

What do you like best about Entrata? Almost every aspect of property management and leasing can be done through Entrata. It's, for the most part, very intuitive. Even with more technical aspects of the program, there are helpful training videos. Love that about Entrata. What do you dislike about Entrata? What do you like best about Entrata? The thing that I love the most about Entrata is the accessibility that gives me the comfort in navigating the docs and leases for the tenants we are working with. "Very solid touchscreen friendly product"

What do you like best about Entrata? After 10 years using Yardi and 3 years using OneSite, I can without a single doubt say that this software is very intuitive. Very user friendly. Everything comes together very nicely. I can definitely say I do not miss Yardi and/orOneSite. The software is desktop and tablet friendly. What do you dislike about Entrata?
