What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata helps operate the whole company! All aspects of the software are user-friendly. It helps merge the residents, onsite staff, maintenance and all to stay connected. I like the dashboard page to help prioritize tasks for the onsite team. What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is very simple to use and straightforward. It is very easy to navigate and simple for my Leasing Professionals to learn. Although it is simple, it has many useful tabs and reports to view. What do you dislike about Entrata? At times, it does take quite some time to pull a preleasing report. It can also be difficult at times to ensure applications are not being marked complete when partially completed, as it can cancel out the guarantor. Some ...

Entrata offers that while continuing to push out meaningful updates to make the experience even better as a user! What do you dislike about Entrata? What do you like best about Entrata? It is very useful when it comes to delinquency; although it's not always 100% accurate. What do you dislike about Entrata? Removed late fees are shown in entrata by default; it makes the ledger more difficult to understand. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Delinquency charges.
