"A smorgasbord of everything I need!"

What do you like best about Entrata? It is user friendly, has all the features I want/need, and the tech support is AMAZING! What do you dislike about Entrata? The only negative thing I have experienced is that the system goes down from time to time without warning. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a one-stop shop for my lease admin and property admin needs! It makes finding and utilizing all of the metrics and data needed to make sound business decisions.

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is the most intuitive CRM system we've used. You have peace of mind knowing you won't break anything by exploring the extra features. The Message Center platform was a considerable add-on bonus that has allowed us to improve our resident engagement and prospect drip campaigns greatly. "From absolute chaos to paperless control."

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata takes a great amount of stress out of organizing and prioritizing work. It saves me a lot of time throughout the day. No other systems come close. What do you dislike about Entrata? If the notes could also be sent via sms to the resident after completion of a work order, it would help a great deal. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the organizational issues that come with paper work orders.

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is very very easy to navigate. There are filters you can apply to almost every search. Additionally it is easy to read when pulling up legal documents! "Powerful software with a surprisingly accessible UI"

What do you like best about Entrata? One-stop shop solution. Really intuitive, and it's always easy to find what I'm looking for and get where I'm trying to go. I love the organization of the system as well. What do you dislike about Entrata? Load times are sometimes slow; there are some times when there are many, many clicks required to accomplish what I need to do. Reports don't always generate in the way you would expect them to.
