What do you like best about Entrata? How simple and user-friendly it is. Even without training, it's simple to figure out features completely on your own. "Clear Reporting"
What do you like best about Entrata? I like the fact that I can generate reports in multiple ways for resident demographic, prelease demographic and detailed stats for rates per bed. What do you dislike about Entrata? I have only used Entrata for three years, and I have not found anything yet. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Delinquency and preleasing reporting.

"Beautiful tool!!!"
What do you like best about Entrata? it is accessible, highly usable and easy for anyone, and does not require much study. What do you dislike about Entrata? sometimes it gets stuck, it takes a while to be able to log in What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to have a record of the work carried out on the property and keep the history of problems resolved satisfactorily with real images of the problems resolved.

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is great for managing student housing and has tons of functionality. I love the message center functionality and ability to keep resident files. What do you dislike about Entrata? Entrata is sometimes slow and freezes due to high volume of users. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Lease administration and property management for a 600 resident building.

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is super easy to use and navigate. The user interface is easy to read and navigate, and nearly everything can be reversed or adjusted if needed. The customer service and help desk are prompt as well. What do you dislike about Entrata? There can be a lot of repetitive popups that request feedback. What do you like best about Entrata? User friendly! It has a helpful help button that will quickly guide you to a short video to help answer any questions. What do you dislike about Entrata? Not user friendly on the tenant side. Have to end up finishing a lot of applications. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? The quick side menus allow for easy access to essential boards and information. What do you dislike about Entrata? Reports are slow to load and constantly changing.
