What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata has been user-friendly and a positive experience as a first-time user. The dashboard buckets help highlight areas of work that are needed. The quick side menus allow for easy access to essential boards and information. What do you dislike about Entrata? Reports are slow to load and constantly changing. What do you like best about Entrata? After 10 years using Yardi and 3 years using OneSite, I can without a single doubt say that this software is very intuitive. Very user friendly. Everything comes together very nicely. I can definitely say I do not miss Yardi and/orOneSite. The software is desktop and tablet friendly. What do you dislike about Entrata? What do you like best about Entrata? It is user friendly, has all the features I want/need, and the tech support is AMAZING! What do you dislike about Entrata? The only negative thing I have experienced is that the system goes down from time to time without warning. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a one-stop shop for my lease admin and property admin needs! It makes finding and utilizing all of the metrics and data needed to make sound business decisions.
