What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is very easy to use on a daily basis if you ask me. My best advice I can give you is to actually complete the training videos. Also take a lot of notes once doing the training just for reference. This will help your experience with Entrata and make it way better and easier for you on your daily routine. The assumption is that the site team is constantly staring at the screen. Integration of the Entrata calendar and notifications to Outlook would improve usage. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? The potential to integrate other applications into an enterprise-like platform.

Sometimes accounts can't be referenced in search by partial locator information only. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing users to input their own specific issues directly by login. Cross-referencing and account/prospect/lead information it sublimely simple.

I generally like Entrata, but I have sometimes found that the data is not accurate or updated. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? I do not typically use it to help lease as I am on the acquisitions side, but I am able to get great information about the properties we manage to use for comparables.

It's difficult to look up invoices or Pos based on the unit number. This will help prevent duplicate Purchases orders from being generated. What do you like best about Entrata? It is very useful when it comes to delinquency; although it's not always 100% accurate. What do you dislike about Entrata? Removed late fees are shown in entrata by default; it makes the ledger more difficult to understand. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Delinquency charges.

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is the most intuitive CRM system we've used. You have peace of mind knowing you won't break anything by exploring the extra features. The Message Center platform was a considerable add-on bonus that has allowed us to improve our resident engagement and prospect drip campaigns greatly.
