"Entrata provides powerful resources"

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata has a powerful search component that allows me to find any information I need very quickly. Entrata also has many reports that provide useful information. "Overall very user friendly"

What do you like best about Entrata? User-friendly design. Customizable features to make the system work for your company/property. What do you dislike about Entrata? The slow processing speeds and "freezes" that seem to happen every Monday morning. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? More comprehensive than RealPage products. Dashboard is much more streamlined, and quick access to all necessary info.

"Entrata is very user friendly even for a service manager with little computer skills."

What do you like best about Entrata? That everything is on the dashboard page and I can see work orders and vacant units as well as a calendar of scheduled items. Its also easy to download to use on a tablet. What do you dislike about Entrata? The way it counts work orders so if it's not assigned to anyone it counted as another work order so if you have 5 work orders it shows up as 10 until you assign them. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't had any ...

"Great Program but needs some tweeking"

What do you like best about Entrata? I like that I can enter notes and add documents to each tenant and that the application and website are linked to Entrata. I've used rent manager before and this is more organized than what I have used before. What do you dislike about Entrata? I wish that it would talk with Yardi much quicker. If I enter a guest card and enter a show for our model it takes around 24 hours for that guest card to move over to Yardi. I also wish that we could see all email ...

"l love Entrata but it's super slow"

What do you like best about Entrata? When not red tapped with permissions, Entrata is very user friendly What do you dislike about Entrata? It's slow and there are too many permission limitations. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata records all email and call activity which helps in legal cases.
