"CRM Software on steroids"

What do you like best about Entrata? I like how easy it is to document everything in the system. It also holds our staff accountable because you can see who did what and when. The resident portal is also extremely helpful. I get to use it as a resident, too! I love opening my app or going to the read-only view with residents to help them pay rent, make work orders, and keep their profiles up-to-date! "Entrata is a one-stop shop for all things that you need to successfully manage a property."

What do you like best about Entrata? Having the ability to access everything in one place. It can do everything from documents and quick access to units and residents to invoicing and placements. What do you dislike about Entrata? Loading /updating time and the occasional outage are the only real issues I have experienced with Entrata. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata consolidates different aspects of property management and houses them all in one place.

No clicking six different menus to search a resident by name or using a different platform to track lead data. "Best PM Platform Out There!"

What do you like best about Entrata? Ease of Use, Customer Support, Organization What do you dislike about Entrata? It would be awesome if there was a way to switch residents into different bedrooms easily if they switch rooms on move in day. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Placing residents in units, roommate matching, and most bulk functions. They make very important parts of my job easier and more organized.

What do you like best about Entrata? I like the Entrata Dashboard and how easy it is to find tasks that need to be reviewed or completed. The call tracker log is great, too.
