"Very easy to navigate and use!"

What do you like best about Entrata? The reports are easy to filter out and navigate, and the message center is a fantastic tool. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometimes it'll run slow but I'm assuming it has system updates like every other webiste. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Being paperless is fantastic and makes our job easier; we could not do this without entrata!

"User Friendly!"

What do you like best about Entrata? The program is highly user friendly. Not having any property management experience previously, Entrata is the most straightforward program to grasp and understand. What do you dislike about Entrata? The new search engine that will be starting in May is too gratuitous. The information is very congested. There needs to filters on what I want to see instead of it all shown at the same time. What do you like best about Entrata? The interface is easy to use, and customer support is helpful. The calendar and lead tracking on the dashboard makes my job more efficient. What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is well-organized and self-explanatory. Love that they have help at all times if needed. The dashboard keeps everything so organized. What do you dislike about Entrata? Everything so far has been excellent and I've had no problems. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata has helped me have all tasks completed on a timely manner as it alerts you when a task needs immediate attention. That has been very helpful.

What do you like best about Entrata? Ease of Use, Customer Support, Organization What do you dislike about Entrata? It would be awesome if there was a way to switch residents into different bedrooms easily if they switch rooms on move in day. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Placing residents in units, roommate matching, and most bulk functions. They make very important parts of my job easier and more organized.

What do you like best about Entrata? Entrata is very easy to use on a daily basis if you ask me. My best advice I can give you is to actually complete the training videos. Also take a lot of notes once doing the training just for reference. This will help your experience with Entrata and make it way better and easier for you on your daily routine.
