"There is a ton more capabilities and all the videos/training included makes it easy to use"

What do you like best about Entrata? Functionality and easy to finding information/reports in the system What do you dislike about Entrata? Running into issues systematically at times and troublehooting those issues What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes our processes much easier and it is a simple product that simplifies a lot of things that our team members previously had to do manually - which saves them a ton of time.

What do you like best about Entrata? User-friendly design. Customizable features to make the system work for your company/property. What do you dislike about Entrata? The slow processing speeds and "freezes" that seem to happen every Monday morning. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? More comprehensive than RealPage products. Dashboard is much more streamlined, and quick access to all necessary info.

"Great Program but needs some tweeking"

What do you like best about Entrata? I like that I can enter notes and add documents to each tenant and that the application and website are linked to Entrata. I've used rent manager before and this is more organized than what I have used before. What do you dislike about Entrata? I wish that it would talk with Yardi much quicker. What do you like best about Entrata? Having the ability to access everything in one place. It can do everything from documents and quick access to units and residents to invoicing and placements. What do you dislike about Entrata? Loading /updating time and the occasional outage are the only real issues I have experienced with Entrata. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Entrata consolidates different aspects of property management and houses them all in one place.

What do you like best about Entrata? I like how easy it is to document everything in the system. It also holds our staff accountable because you can see who did what and when. The resident portal is also extremely helpful. I get to use it as a resident, too! I love opening my app or going to the read-only view with residents to help them pay rent, make work orders, and keep their profiles up-to-date! What do you like best about Entrata? The support. You are assigned a Client Success Manager and can access support online, by email, or by phone. The training and SOPs that Entrata has built out are beneficial and straightforward. Entrata always welcomes customer feedback on how to enhance the system to meet their client's needs.
