What do you like best about Entrata? The User interface is enjoyable to look at and use, and most things are pretty easy to understand. What do you dislike about Entrata? There are almost too many tabs to try and find where things are. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it much easier to keep track of conversation history with residents.

"Very easy to navigate and use!"

What do you like best about Entrata? The reports are easy to filter out and navigate, and the message center is a fantastic tool. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometimes it'll run slow but I'm assuming it has system updates like every other webiste. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? Being paperless is fantastic and makes our job easier; we could not do this without entrata!

What do you like best about Entrata? The interface is easy to use, and customer support is helpful. The calendar and lead tracking on the dashboard makes my job more efficient. "User Friendly!"

What do you like best about Entrata? The program is highly user friendly. Not having any property management experience previously, Entrata is the most straightforward program to grasp and understand. What do you dislike about Entrata? The new search engine that will be starting in May is too gratuitous. The information is very congested. There needs to filters on what I want to see instead of it all shown at the same time. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

"Entrata is very user friendly even for a service manager with little computer skills."

What do you like best about Entrata? That everything is on the dashboard page and I can see work orders and vacant units as well as a calendar of scheduled items. Its also easy to download to use on a tablet. What do you dislike about Entrata? The way it counts work orders so if it's not assigned to anyone it counted as another work order so if you have 5 work orders it shows up as 10 until you assign them. "There is a ton more capabilities and all the videos/training included makes it easy to use"

What do you like best about Entrata? Functionality and easy to finding information/reports in the system What do you dislike about Entrata? Running into issues systematically at times and troublehooting those issues What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes our processes much easier and it is a simple product that simplifies a lot of things that our team members previously had to do manually - which saves them a ton of time.

What do you like best about Entrata? User-friendly design. Customizable features to make the system work for your company/property. What do you dislike about Entrata? The slow processing speeds and "freezes" that seem to happen every Monday morning. What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you? More comprehensive than RealPage products. Dashboard is much more streamlined, and quick access to all necessary info.

"Great Program but needs some tweeking"

What do you like best about Entrata? I like that I can enter notes and add documents to each tenant and that the application and website are linked to Entrata. I've used rent manager before and this is more organized than what I have used before. What do you dislike about Entrata? I wish that it would talk with Yardi much quicker. If I enter a guest card and enter a show for our model it takes around 24 hours for that guest card to move over to Yardi. I also wish that we could see all email ...
