What do you like best about Entrata? I love the integration of Entrata. The conversion from lead, to applicant, to resident is a dream compared to other CRM softwares I have used. What do you like best about Entrata? I have everything I need in one location. I can send correspondence with residents, along with creating reports to be able to track spending easily. What do you like best about Entrata? I love how user-friendly the system is. It's very intuative for most of our new team members. It generally only takes showing them the basics, and then they can pick it up and run with it. We also have a fantastic support team. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. What do you like best about Entrata? I love using Entrata because it allows me to provide excellent customer service to the residents in my building. This website will enable viewing important residential information and let me quickly put in work orders, create leads, and see where applicants are in their steps, among other features. "I would recommend this product even though there are minor issues"

What do you like best about Entrata? I like how I can review the residents needing contact and how it had the time slots when leads should be contacted. I also like how you can save emails and use the website to send mass emails. What do you dislike about Entrata? It doesn't update the system immediately after I've sent a "post tour" email. "Easy to learn, use, and navigate"

What do you like best about Entrata? I love their search system. I also enjoy that everything can be found within a resident's portal. Moving from lead to future resident to current resident is very easy. I also find this system way less complicated than others. What do you dislike about Entrata? Sometimes with Entrata, I find their system lags at times. Fortunately, this isn't always the case, but when the site crashes, it doesn't allow me to view my resident's information.
