What do you like best about EngageWith? Ability to give kudos to people you value. Good to engage between team members and other employees. Good integration with Slack, easy to use without having to go in another app/website. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Very few redeem option, and sometimes they don't work at all. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It's giving the opportunity to show your gratitude to other people.

What do you like best about EngageWith? The ease of recognising someone and options to redeem the rewards. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Nothing in particular but it could be more fun and interactive. Include team games, quizzes, etc. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? Recognizing good work across the company. Team are mostly remote so getting recognized is hard without such tools.

All is well, there is no particular part that we dislike. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us solve gap/distance problem in between our colleagues, especially from different branch/area.

Solving problem on recognising teammates and appreciating for efforts which is very much necessary in remote environment sometimes.
