What do you like best about EngageWith? A great tool that can help to automate employee engagement along with rewards and recognition towards the associates. What do you like best about EngageWith? the ability to send points whenever they highlight company values is a great way to build culture. and engagewith helps with that immensely. What do you like best about EngageWith? EngageWith helps recognise employee's hard work and excellence in the organisation. What do you dislike about EngageWith? EngageWith is a good platform, but along with kudos and shoutouts there should be other category for recognition. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It was difficult before to give appreciations to the coworkers, as it wasn't know to each and everyone, but EngageWith helped with that.
