What do you like best about EngageWith? It helps in motivating our co-workers for their good work, which in turn leads to efficient delivery of the product. What do you dislike about EngageWith? Sometimes the offers which they provide are very minimal What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? Its a great platform to appreciate others hard work which we usually don't do while working.

What do you like best about EngageWith? As a company, we used to do quarterly recognitions but now with EngageWith, the whole process is instant and right inside our slack workspace. Helps build significant team morale. What do you dislike about EngageWith? New features tend to be useful and value adding, however usually have a couple of bugs at launch. I'm not that interested in using EngageWith. It is a friendly software but I am just an average employee, and every time EngageWith comes up, I just use it to respond to my coworkers or supervisors. As we use Slack intensively, doing this on Slack in a simple manner like writing a 1:1 thank you message helped my team use the product to drive recognition and show our gratitude towards one another. What do you dislike about EngageWith? The categorizing - kudos, shoutout, personally not a big fan. It could be gamified in a better way as after a while, it loses its charm as there are five similar messages on a daily basis and you lose focus. What ...
