What do you like best about EngageWith? The fact that Engage with is simple and it is associated with most of the top shelf applications. What do you dislike about EngageWith? I didn't come across any yet. It keeps up the competitive spirit. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? EngageWith gives us a boost and helps us retain a positive competitive spirit amongst the team members

"Super friendly tool"

What do you like best about EngageWith? Really use to recognize team efforts and give shoutouts. This keeps the team motivated. What do you dislike about EngageWith? The personalized notifications can be a little overwhelming so maybe tweaking this on a user level can be helpful. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? Recognizing top performers and calling them out for being AWESOME

"Good way to appreciate peers"

What do you like best about EngageWith? You can easily give appreciation to employees, and have it mean something financially too. They will remember it as a result! What do you dislike about EngageWith? It's a bit hard to understand the flow to grant rewards at times. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving recognition to employees and making them feel appreciated

What do you like best about EngageWith? We have been using EngageWith to give a shoutout to bring org-wide and cross-functional visibility for the job well done. People have been catching on to this trend and are openly accepting and recognising the help, coaching, assistance and mentorship they have received from colleagues, leads, and stakeholders What do you dislike about EngageWith? What do you like best about EngageWith? It's good when peers, or someone from another team wants to quickly appreciate an employee. Not every good deed is worth taking into consideration for formal performance reviews, and not everyone can review everyone for such reviews. What do you like best about EngageWith? It is so easy to recognize someone for going above and beyond. The random gifs that appear with each recognition are fun too! I also like that others can add-on a recognition if more than one person wants to recognize someone for the same thing. What do you dislike about EngageWith? What do you like best about EngageWith? EngageWith has been super easy to use. Integrates very simply and is taken care by the adminstrator mainly. Very simple module for appreciating your coworkers on a day to day basis. What do you dislike about EngageWith?
