"Love the ease of use and the callouts"
What do you like best about EngageWith? Using engage with not only reminds you to send thanks to your coworkers but helps you do it! The call outs and slack posts are fun to see and remind us virtual workers that we have a great team. What do you dislike about EngageWith? "A must-have tool for remote setups"
What do you like best about EngageWith? Ensuring that we are engaging with the entire team. Basics like connecting them, or recognizing your team member's efforts in front of the entire team. "Great features. Improving regularly and has merit."
What do you like best about EngageWith? Engage with makes shoutouts mean a little more. It also means we can show management actual numbers of who is getting recognised and who are the team players. Also who is often doing the recognising which is important too. We have around 100 users and many seem to use it regularly. Support is great, willing to listen and make improvements quickly. "Great for work!"
What do you like best about EngageWith? This is great for how we use Slack. We can shout out our teammates for hard work! What do you dislike about EngageWith? I don't think there is anything I dislike - it has always been easy to use within Slack. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to shout out our teammates for hard work and recognize them through the office. It makes all of us feel rewarded that everyone notices the work we do.

It is helping to build a culture of appreciation and feedback. We use it to Celebrate achievements, Recognise milestones and Get to know each other in team better which overall improves productivity and work ethics.

What do you like best about EngageWith? Giving my colleagues the recognition they deserve is a very bright spot in the day. What do you dislike about EngageWith? I was confused on how to use it at first and didn't find it the most intuitive. What problems is EngageWith solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us recognize our employees and helping morale.
