I've been with engagebay for since…

I've been with engagebay for since 2021, using it for 2 of my businesses. I'm not a techie, so I appreciate the fact it's so intuitive and that the help desk is there, answering messages when I need them - not all crms provide support when you need it at weekends and evenings, engagebay do. And they are reliable, nice, people to eal with. What's not to like?

Engagebay is an incredibly easy to use…

Engagebay is an incredibly easy to use and offers excellent features all ow which are very well implemented. While other CRM systems offers only sales functions at a high cost where as Engagebay offers sales and marketing features at a very low cost.

Exceptional Support

I have had some teething challenges getting the platform setup and the EngageBay team have been nothing but exceptional at providing support - really some of the best I have ever experienced. I imagine you would not get the same level of support with larger more established companies where you become a number instead of a person.

Excellent live chat service

Received help from the live chat immediately and response time was quick to resolve my issue. I was looking at different providers, but decided to stay with EngageBay. Of the reasons was due to access to support as issues needing to be resolved in a timely matter is important to our business.
