I have been using EngageBay since the start of the year, i moved from another platform as the price was more competitive, I was worried that the features and support may in that case, be lacking, however, it has been the total opposite. The support team are always available to help with issues, and the platform is more powerful too, so no regrets in moving over to them at all.

Very good CRM

Very good CRM. Easy to implement, always coming up with new features and very accessible customer service. A very good alternative to HubSpot, only 10x cheaper.

Shout out to Spiderman for always saving the day!

Whenever I have an issue or a problem, which is often, I can always depend on the service team (like Bob Smith-Spiderman, that's my guy that helps me a lot and I appreciate his patience with my repetitive questions.) I have enjoyed using the template services and the service helps in making great content to send to all of my contacts. Definitely a fan and highly recommend it to others!
