Great tool. Great Support
The platform is simple to use with no complicated language. Consists of robust CRM functionalities and Marketing Automation tool without having to spend some big bucks! Support has been prompt and timely and Bob has been a great help.

The user interface is easy to use and navigate. Customer service is always available quickly. The phone application can be updated a bit but it is better than most. Some 'Prebuilt' automation templates and sequences that are easily editable would be a nice addition to the offering. Other than that the system is great.

Fast support, product is continually expanding with new features
I used Engage Bay at my previous company and have been very satisfied. I signed up when I joined a new company and have received consistent service to my first experience, equally high quality.
