There is a learning curve, but everything is in order so far. Support was also on point, as was the timely demo call. Let's see how it will show itself with time after we upgrade

EngageBay is an all-in-one customer engagement platform that offers a comprehensive set of marketing, sales, and service tools. I was using MailChimp for many years and now I'll never look back. Much more robust in terms of everything it does. Their tech support is also top-notch. If you place a question in 'Chat' they respond immediately. Great software.

Engagebay is all you need
They were prompt in answer my Chat and setup a test automation, which I can now copy and use, saving me alot of time and frustration.

Overall great platform and support
I've been using EngageBay for a bit over a month now. Their support is extremely responsive and their features are plentiful. I'm still learning some the tools that are available to me though overall I'm satisfied with the platform.

Truly excellent tech support! Setting up my Engage Bay account has been relatively easy thanks to the fact that I can chat with a tech support person any time I have a question. They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable!
