Needed to reset my password and…
Needed to reset my password and automated Reset Password email want not coming thru our work firewall. Bob Smith sent me an email with a reset PW and I was able to get back in to EngageBay and finish my work. He stayed with me on "Chat" until I got back into my account.

Super support, with a fully featured CRM and Newsletter platform
This is a fully featured CRM and the only platform I know of which allows you to do transactional emails alongside super newsletters. It's super affordable, and the support guys are always at the end of the chat to help you out. Great onboarding as well!

Good CRM tool for our small business.
We're a small business, and Engagebay is our first CRM experience. Over the past year, we've learned how to use Engagebay to work for us. It's sometimes limited, and it can be frustrating when you can't do what you want, but the Technical team are generally very helpful and will try to solve your issues. They'll even make improvements if they think your idea has merit. Overall we like what Engagebay offers us at an expense that's achievable for a small company.
