A solid CRM that links with outbound…

A solid CRM that links with outbound email marketing, at a great price. The customer support and ability to assist and fix errors (mine) and provide links to training is also above and beyond.

Fantastic product with great support

The online support is quick and to the point. The dialer works perfectly well. There are many many features that we do not use but for the ones we do, it works brilliantly.

"An All in one tool to manage marketing and customer interactions"

What do you like best about EngageBay All-in-One Suite? EngageBay is a great tool to manage contacts and to run email campaigns. I live the live chat feature where all the agents can view all the chats and answer them which improves the customer satisfaction. Also the UI of the chat is very impressive and the push notifications for each chat, each message are so cool that helps the agents to answer without missing any chats.
