Continued support when needed.
I have been using Engagebay as a customer for over 3 years and as a small business wanting a CRM to provide marketing capability as well as sales, it has proven it's worth. The support is great and always respond quickly and solve any issues that may occur.

EngageBay is a really solid software
EngageBay is a really solid software. You get a lot of bang for your buck. I have used multiple MAS's, and I would say this is the best of the less expensive options. They prioritize email integrity, so there is a process to follow there which I think is very valuable.
