EngageBay is a great product as it is feature rich. I can easily manage my contacts and filter them based on the tags and run email campaings. It helps me create various lists of different clients and the best part is it is easy to use.

EngageBay is an excellent CRM
EngageBay is an excellent CRM. We use it for our marketing agency and it works very well. We find it a bit less confusing than other brands and we love the way you can use TAGS especially to organize items. Many other platforms don't have this simple organizational method and it makes it a bit harder. EngageBay includes MANY features that other CRMS charge extra for. I would suggest EngageBay to anyone who needs an affordable yet robust system.

EngageBay is the best choice for CRM's in todays market as it is feature rich and affordable at a fraction of price than what others offer. It helps us easily manage all our business requriements. I was pleasantly impressed with their customer support which is outstanding.

Real customer here, Engage Bay has great customer service. Works for managing our customers, tickets, deals and our static webpages. Would recommend. They do like to communicate via phone call during sign up but it is legit. Every live chat has been answered timely even after sign up, which was important for us. Thank you
