Great platform!

What do you like best? It's easy for both me and my clients to use! No crazy sign-in and authorization... just click a link and you can access your docs on a secure platform :) What do you dislike? I don't love that the links expire... some of my clients are slow Recommendations to others considering the product: Can I integrate with Drake?? Perfect Solution

What do you like best? I like how Encyro makes it easy for clients to upload sensitive documents through my upload page and how they don't even have to create and remember their password (unless they want to). What do you dislike? Nothing really that I dislike. Encyro is simple, and does what I need it to do. Been using for 2 tax seasons

What do you like best? It is very easy to use, especially from a smart phone. My clients love using it. What do you dislike? So far I have been very satisfied and have not found anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives me the ability to send and received secure documents easily without having my clients set up an account.

What do you like best? I like the ease of use of Encyro! It makes sending and receiving secure documents painless. What do you dislike? I didn't like that I couldn't tell when a client picked up a document, but that flaw has been corrected!! So there is nothing that I dislike at this point. What do you like best? Encyro is incredibly easy to use and set up. It is well-worth the cost, particularly compared to its competitors. It is far and away the best choice for sending secure emails. What do you like best? Encyro is so user friendly, we get all of our customers set up with it and have never had a problem with them figuring it out. What do you dislike? Honestly, I don’t really have anything negative to say - if I had to offer any feedback I would say that when I’m accessing a message from my mobile and have entered My Encyro login, then when I move to the next message I have to enter my login again which is a bit redundant. What do you like best? Encyro makes sending encrypted emails easy as no password is required. What do you dislike? Currently there is nothing i dislike about Encyro. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Encyro has allowed our Company to securely send and receive emails.

Easy way to send files safely

What do you like best? Outlook integration is great. It is great to provide peace of mind for clients who have security concerns. What do you dislike? I would love if it could integrate with the Microsoft Office version of Outlook for Mac. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before using the software, we did not have a firm-wide encryption policy. Our firm is now fully compliant with sending sensitive data via encrypted delivery.

Easy to use for any business!

What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the portal. My clients can easily drop in their documents and I get it immediately. I called it my secure Dropbox for my clients. I have lots of sensitive information that needs to be sent and I always can count on Encyro to deliver it to me.
