What do you like best? I like that I don't need to create customer accounts and it provides a quick way for people to send me files securely. What do you dislike? Fits the need

What do you like best? The ability to send secure emails with various client confidential information. Recipient does not have to set up an account password which is helpful. What do you dislike? Using the outlook plug in has had some issues. I do not like that I can't easily find my sent emails or print sent emails. GREAT EXPERIENCE, NOT LEAVING ANYTIME SOON

What do you like best? I came to Encyro after having difficulty with a much larger company and service. I had clients were upset that they sent me things and I would receive them and the firms response was delayed. It was not a good look for the firm and clients left, which angered me with the company that I was using. Once I found out from a friend about Encryo, I did the trial and was hooked! My clients absolutely love the portal feature and I have not missed any notification from them. ...

Great product at great price

What do you like best? Does what is needed at a great price. It is easy for clients to use. What do you dislike? Customization is not always easy. Some features are not easy to first use. Not sure if I like ability to group files. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple and cheap file sharing

Excellent Product

What do you like best? Easy to use! Fast and very responsive software program. What do you dislike? I do wish it kept the secured emails I send instead of only keeping them a maximum of 14 days. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Encyro has made my emailing and reporting to various contacts easy and much more efficient.

What do you like best? The outlook plugin helps to speed up the process to send data to clients. What do you dislike? If there was a way to possibly save credentials in the Outlook plugin for a specified amount of time. It feels like you need to authenticate every time you use it in my experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily sending SECURE data to clients. Truly promoting security-first in my IT consulting endeavors.

Early Stages of a Super Great Product

What do you like best? I like that I can keep all my files for all different clients in one, secure, online platform. What do you dislike? I dislike that I cannot group emails from different senders into the same folder and that I cannot alphabetize said folders Recommendations to others considering the product: Alphabetizing folders and showing them just vertically, not horizontal/vertical.
