What do you like best about Employment Hero? Simple and easy to use, follow your nose What do you dislike about Employment Hero? Roster system, would be good if there was an overarching calendar per user that links the time sheets they submit with their annual leave calendar and their roster.

What do you like best about Employment Hero? It is a one stop HR and Payroll system, that is generally very easy to navigate What do you dislike about Employment Hero? Some reporting is clkunky and I do not like that I cannot amend a leave request once it has been applied to a pay run

What do you like best about Employment Hero? The sync between onboarding, compliance management, and payroll is seamless and makes the whole process feel much more connected. What do you dislike about Employment Hero? The integration between HR and payroll can be confusing and clunky to know which platform controls what and who has the different access between them.There are no chatter or messaging features, and it also doesn’t include any knowledge base or intranet capabilities.

What do you like best about Employment Hero? Keeping all HR and payroll docs in one place. What do you dislike about Employment Hero? The constant changing of the platform. Things get moved around and you have to search for them and functions that work well are removed and then replaced with extra steps to get to where you want to be. What do you like best about Employment Hero? I like the convenience of having everything all in 1 place. What do you dislike about Employment Hero? Sometimes the page does not fill the screen and you have to find the scroll bar at the bottom to see the edit options
