I didn't like originally how they targeted our staff with 'offers' that often competed with our own employee benefits or even our business as a whole. This seems to have calmed down now..

What do you like best about Employment Hero? I have had two previous HR softwares that were not even as close to good as this. It's easy to understand and use. I have been using the software for almost a year now and I'm very satisfied with it. What do you dislike about Employment Hero? I wish that it was easier to talk to someone when I need help. A live chat with a real human would take my experience over the top. I would try to use the AI chat bot first to see if it answers my solution, ...

EH has made our people experience much more seamless, and the integration between the HR and payroll platforms has also made things a lot quicker than our previous processes. Managers now have better visibility, and the features available in the HR platform are always evolving. What do you like best about Employment Hero? The support team has been exceptional, and the help resources are incredibly detailed and user-friendly. Every interaction has been positive, and it's clear that customer success is a top priority. I have nothing but great things to say about Employment Hero team. What do you like best about Employment Hero? It is easy to use and navigate through the system, the team that is on hand I have found very helpful/supportive. What do you dislike about Employment Hero? Some of the features in EH could be improved so it is better from a HR stand point (ie; seeing leave balances in the system rather than just the days entered etc)
