What do you like best about Employment Hero? The chat support team is very responsive. I have been saved for most of the times because if their chat responsiveness. What do you like best about Employment Hero? For the small company I’m supporting (as a contractor through another company), EH has been very helpful as an HRIS. The specialist we worked with, Diana, has been great in all of our conversations. Payroll has run very smoothly, and support has been wonderful, whether through email, the AI option, or the community guides. The AI option for help is very quick.
