What do you like best about Employment Hero? I think Employment Hero produce good payroll reports, the customer service is quite good, and the BOT also works well. What do you dislike about Employment Hero? They change things and do not give notice that a change has been made.

I like the integrated system with HR help from placing an advertisement, onboarding a new recruit, sending their training and then flowing through to payroll. So many features and now hero pay for payday super. What do you dislike about Employment Hero? Nothing significant, maybe that its a little tricky with the initial set up , but I think that's more my lack of computer skills.

What do you dislike about Employment Hero? If specific settings were not configured during onboarding, it can be a bit fiddly to correct.
