The Employee Navigator support is extremely helpful, and they are always looking to enhance the system and take broker feedback. What do you like best about Employee Navigator? EN is intuitive for new administrative and employee users. It has a clean, easy to read look and feel but still offers comprehensive details. Offers most of the day to day HR/Benefit needs that employers require. The ACA solution has been a huge benefit for employers that hate to manage the 1095c coding! EN makes it much easier to manage the benefit programs, as a broker, for my employer clients.
