I got the Elementor Pro plugin and am very disappointed by the non existent support. It takes support several days to get back in the rare occasions that I open a ticket and usually all they do is send me tutorials and documentation that can read on my own.The last straw was when I showed them a php error coming from Elementor. Horrible customer service and account handling. A client of mine upgraded my account license from 3 sites to 1000 sites. A few months later, I realised that I couldn't update the plugin so asked them, and apparently they transferred the license to the ex client without even asking me.
