Dreadful support processes
Dreadful support processes. I e-mail and get offered help, I respond, someone else comes back and says go to plugin/theme developer. I respond again next person says found an error and when I reply hear from someone else that I should go to the developer. One of them even messaged about some issue that is completely unrelated to their plugin and the request I sent. So far have spoken to a different person on 5 of the 6 times I have heard back. It's more fun and convenient to build websites using Elementor because of its excellent features.

I've used other visual builders over the years. Elementor is fresh, clean, useful, extensible, functional, and a joy to use. I get giddy with each new page and site that I get to build with it.Yet Elementor understands the fundamentals of why you use a visual builder so it doesn't get in the way when you try to adjust this or manipulate that.It's intuitive which makes it easy to use.
